Ident Code Verification - ID3500

Xiris offers Ident Code Verification Systems to Optical Disc Manufacturers and Replicators world-wide to verify that they have the right disc at the right place in their production process. This is done by reading the code in the hub area on the back of each optical disc, uniquely identifying the disc content.

Xiris is pleased to offer its most advanced verification system, the ID-3500. Each ID-3500 Ident Code Verification System includes one or more camera modules, a panel mount or a 19” rack mounted PC plus separate 15”-TFT-Monitor, keyboard and mouse. The camera module has been designed to allow for easy integration into CD/DVD packaging and printing machines, either bottom mounted with a centering pin, or top mounted to verify the disc’s code from the label side, if the disc is placed on the turn table of a printing machine. Various configurations of cameras can be supplied to inspect up to 6 discs per cycle.
