John joined the Xiris team shortly after receiving his Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo. Having initially worked in software development, John moved to a team lead role for software and machine vision systems development, before then taking on his current role as Engineering Manager. With over 25 years of experience in the machine vision and imaging industry, John’s focus is on developing the technology driving the Xiris product line.
