Our support desk is open from 0830 to 1730 Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday. E-mailed issues are often answered on the weekends. All support calls received by the Xiris team are logged into our records for tracking and are issued a call number for client follow up if needed. We have a proven history of solving problems fast.
