Xiris’ New Four Camera, Four Disc Ident

announces its new Ident Code Verification System, the ID1500-QHQD, which connects
up to four Camera Heads from one computer to inspect four different discs. This
brand new product development features advanced software design to take advantage
of the latest CPU architectures to be able to run over 100 parts per minute,
per camera. The system efficiently processes up to four different discs, each
on a different camera, all at once, making it the ideal choice for multi-disc
package automation machines. 2003 seems to be the year that automatic packaging
vendors will come to market with machines to pack 2,3,4, even 7 discs at a time.
With so many different discs going into one package, it is critical that each
disc is verified prior to insertion to confirm the right disc is being inserted
into the right place in the package. The ID1500-QHQD was developed to meet this
