Xiris Ident Code systems are Now Fully HD-DVD and Blu-Ray compatible!

Xiris announces that its industry leading Ident Code Verification system, the ID-2500, is now fully capable of reading the next generation of high definition Optical Discs, HD DVD and Blu-Ray discs. By incorporating a special light source and camera combination, the ID-2500 is able to acquire clear images of the Ident Code on the high definition media and read it at success rates of almost 100%. Special configurations of the ID-2500 now allow for the reading of regular formats (CD/DVD), high definition formats (HD/BD), or all formats of optical discs (CD/DVD/HD/BD).
