introduces the latest member of its Print Check product family, the cost effective
PI-1600.
Similar to the more powerful PI-2000, the PI-1600 can be used in screen, offset or pad printing systems, making sure that every disc is free of most print defects when shipped to the end customer!
Employing a camera module with two light sources and a high-resolution colour camera, up to three images are taken per disc then processed using advanced Image Analysis techniques modelled after the human eye to properly detect most defect types. A small form factor allows the PI-1600 to comfortably fit most standard printing machines. Ideally suited to inspect recordable or pre-recorded media, the PI-1600 offers the user the ability to customize the inspection task to suit the printing process.
